Chloe is a valued member of our Property Management team, providing exceptional outcomes to both our clients and team members across all aspects of the department. In her role as Property Management Associate, Chloe is involved with the day to day operations of the portfolio including renter and rental provider communication, administration support, leasing coordination and ensuring a smooth experience throughout the management process.

Known for her warm and approachable nature, Chloe prides herself on delivering a high level of customer service and building strong relationships with both clients and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Chloe is passionate about giving back to her community through church engagement and volunteering. She also enjoys spending time outdoors, whether that be hiking, camping or simply enjoying a coffee surrounded by nature. Chloe highly values time with family and friends and enjoys keeping active socially and within the community.

With a background in hospitality and disability support, Chloe brings a diverse skill set and caring approach to her role. Chloe has also completed her Diploma of Business, further strengthening her strong organisational, communication and customer service skills.

Chloe’s positive attitude, attention to detail and organisational skills make her a highly valued part of the Bendigo Ballarat Real Estate team.
